Behind every successful event or festival lies a small group of hyper-loyal fans or ambassadors. More and more often festivals collaborate with those fans to promote and sell out their events and festivals. Innercrowd is a spin-off of The Crave Festival and creates tools to manage those communities. We work together with festivals like The Crave Festival, Oranjebloesem, Drift, Zeezout, Sunrise and more.

We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn, and ambitious intern who wants to work in a dynamic startup. Since Innercrowd is still a young company, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and will be able to truly make a difference. During your internship, you will learn how to successfully assist our clients (festival organizations) with ambassador communities. Also you will be working on The Crave’s ambassador community. You will have many conversations with our clients and ambassadors, helping them get started with the system and providing campaign tips. You will listen carefully to clients and relay their feedback to the rest of the organization to improve the product. The office is shared with The Crave Festival at the heart of the city center of The Hague.
