On the day of arrival 3-6-2022, guests are permitted to drop baggage at the hotels prior to check-in time from 08:00 (8 am) onward.  When you check out on the 5th of June, you are asked to collect your luggage before 22:00 (10 pm), unless agreed with the staff. Kingkool, The Monument, and The Crave Festival are not responsible for holding on to the luggage after 72 hours (with no prior agreement with the hotels) or loss and damage of any property left in the hotels.
